Useful Advice

1. Home Page
  • Select a main area (on the left column of the page) in order to adjust the page contents in relation to it.


  • Our catalogue is updated on daily basis with new properties. Subscribe to our property alerts service and get the latest properties sent to your email box.
2. Properties List
  • Navigate through the results pages using the links and buttons above and below the list of properties. You can sort the results by the criteria of your choice. You can search again by clicking on "New Search".


  • The search criteria you selected on your previous search are displayed in the frame above the search results.


  • Click on the "Details" button to view additional information, contact details and photos of the property.


  • If you wish to further filter results with more criteria, use our analytical search forms: Residencies | Business Properties | Development Land | Other Properties


  • Sort search results by "date posted" using the drop-down list in the frame above the ads, in order to first obtain the latest ads.


  • Property code is a serial number automatically assigned by the system to each ad. Use property code in order to check if an ad has been posted before or after an ad that you have already seen during a previous visit.
3. Property Details
  • If you have performed a multi-criteria search you can browse through the results using the buttons below the property details.


  • Use the toolbar on the right side of the property details to view photos, locate it in a map, print the page, calculate mortgage payments or suggest it to a friend.
4. Viewing Request
  • The realtor will contact you to give you additional information and arrange the details of your visit.


  • Use the notes field to provide any additional information that you think the realtor should know about your request.
5. Residencies Search
  • The quick access index on the right column of the page enables you to find what you are looking for with a single click.


  • Use this page to perform a multi-criteria search for houses.
6. Business Properties Search
  • Use this page to perform a multi-criteria search for business properties. The quick access index on the right column of the page enables you to find what you are looking for with a single click.


  • For hotels for sale please select Other Properties.
7. Development Land Search
  • Use this page to perform a multi-criteria search for land. The quick access index on the right column of the page enables you to find what you are looking for with a single click.


  • For small islands available for sale, please select Other Properties.
8. Other Properties Search
  • The quick access index on the right column of the page enables you to find what you are looking for with a single click.


  • Use this page to perform a multi-criteria search for blocks of flats, hotels, parking spaces, investment properties and islands.
9. Realtors Search
  • Look for real estate agencies using the area and / or company name as criteria. In case you want to see all the agencies in a selected area, click on "Search" button without setting any of the criteria.


  • Navigate through the results pages using the links and buttons above and below the list of realtors. You can sort the results by the criteria of your choice. You can search again by clicking on the "Search" button.
10. Newsletter Un-subscription
  • Subscription for our newsletter service is free. However, if you have found the property you were looking for and no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you can unsubscribe from our service


11. Property Request
  • The property request will be forwarded to agents in the area of your interest and they will contact you if they have a property that matches your needs.


  • See that your choices for fields "Area" and "Category" agree with the information you fill in for the field "Request". For this field ("Request"), you can use the auto-generated text from your last search or modify it as you wish. Our realtors will contact you as soon as they locate a property that matches your criteria.
